Each of the 7 rays is associated with a particular colour.

The 1st. Ray is the blue ray—( Tuesday.)

You can tune into this aspect of each ray by doing any of the following, on the day each ray bathes the Earth:–

• wear something of the ray’s colour.
• meditate on the colour of the ray .
• meditate on the chakra of each ray.
• place a piece of material of the appropriate colour on the chair you use for meditiating.
• place flowers, candles,etc of the appropriate colour at your devotional altar.
• wear a gemstone of the appropriate colour.
• contemplate which is your favourite colour.  It may indicate which ray you are working on in this lifetime.

• Each person walks the Path of Personal Christhood on one of the 7 major spiritual rays.
• Christhood is the state of being the Christ.
• Following the Path to Christhood enables you to discover your unique individuality that is anchored in your Higher Self, your I AM Presence, in harmony with the Whole.
• There is no standard way for you to walk the Path of Christhood or to express your Christhood. It is a creative process.
• On this path you are required to systematically uncover and challenge your ego .
• The ego strives to hide behind its many illusions of separation and division.Your task is to discover and let go of each illusion and replace it with the corresponding truth of Christ. (  Workings of the Ego. )
• We each have some development and ability on each of the 7 rays but we  also each have one particular ray on which we have more development and ability .And we desire to serve God on this particular ray.
• We can gain some idea which ray we are serving on by looking at each ray and seeing which one we identify with and then embodying the qualities of that ray in our lives.

1st. Ray—-is the Ray of leadership, of statesmen, administration and management.

2nd. Ray —is the Ray of education, of teachers, communicators, and those who love to study and who embody the wisdom of God in any field of endeavour.

3rd. Ray—is the Ray of creativity,  of expressing your Christhood through creativity in any field of endeavour. It is the Ray of the artist, of culture , drama and of the expansion of  love in the heart.

4th. Ray—is the Ray of the architect, of the love of excellence and the desire for perfection in any area of  life. It is the Ray where you delight in the geometry of God and in devotion to the Divine Mother in any field of endeavour.

5th. Ray—is the Ray of healing, of physicians, doctors, nurses, practioners in alternative medicine. It is the ray of music, science, harmony and vision.

6th. Ray—is the Ray of ministration and service in any field of endeavour.

7th. Ray–is the Ray of freedom, divine justice, mercy , science and priesthood.

After embodying the qualities of each of the 7 rays and seeing them as individual rays, the next step is to integrate them, to see them as One. For they originate from the white light of Christ .

 The 7th. Ray of Freedom and Independence can be mastered by balancing it with the qualities of the other 6 rays, eg. willpower, wisdom, love, purity, vision and service.

• Use your free will, your willpower, your determination, to follow the inner, spiritual path which will lead you to become spiritually self-sufficient.
• Self-sufficiency can only grow when you have the freedom to make your own choices.
• You can only make right choices when you understand what your options are and what the consequences of your choices will be.
• Purify your thoughts,beliefs, feelings ,words and actions so that all choices are based on Christ reality.
• Learn to trust your own intuition and when you study a spiritual teaching or become involved in a spiritual organization, see if what is said and done resonates with your own inner being.
• Be open-minded.
• Follow a love-based approach to life and your spiritual path.
• Realize that freedom does not mean that you are free to do what you like without regard to the consequences. You will reap what you sow. The physical universe is designed to act like a giant mirror that will reflect back to you whatever you send out through your thoughts, feelings, words and actions.
• Let  others have their freedom.
• Teach others how to be free.

6th. Ray of  Peace and Service can be mastered by balancing it with the qualities of the other 6 rays,  eg. willpower, wisdom, love, purity, vision and freedom.

• Use your free will, your willpower, your determination, to step up to the next level of the spiritual path, and leave behind the focusing on yourself and move on to  focusing on others–for this is true service.
• Through the giving of service to other parts of life, you can balance your negative karma and learn your spiritual lessons. eg.—by serving your family and those in your immediate circle of influence / by serving those in your workplace / by serving those in your community.
• Your service to others should always be more than just seeing to their personal needs. Ideally, it should also be a sharing of what you know and have learnt about the spiritual side of life.eg. about the ego and its games/ about God’s Laws / how the world works /  how to improve life.
•  It should also be about helping to raise up other people ’s consciousness and to empower them so they can take care of themselves.
• Your motivation for serving others should not be to make yourself feel better or more superior,or to make people like you and accept you , or to fulfil any personal need of your own.
• You should serve others:–because of your love for God and your love for others , because you realize and accept that we are all extensions of God–we are all One andbecause you have compassion for others in their suffering and you want to help them rise above their  illusions and limitations.
• Any service you render to another, should not make them dependent upon you, but should enable them to take control of their own life experiences and to Be free to choose.
• Realize that any imperfections and mistakes you observe in another person do not have to be permanent. They can be changed.
• By giving people the knowledge and tools for self-empowerment, you can serve them in the highest way possible.

• You can also strive to see the good in all people and to see their potential for good and improvement. Do not focus on the imperfections and their  negative aspects but only on the positive and good.

The 5th. Ray of  Truth, Healing and Vision  can be mastered by balancing it with the qualities of the other 6 rays, eg. willpower, wisdom, love, purity, service and freedom.

• The quality of vision gives you the ability to:– to see /  perceive the reality of a situation / perceive future developments/ / focus on a mental image produced by your imagination /  to put your attention upon what you want to become or to create / see the Good ( God ) in all.

To balance the quality of vision :–

•  see who you really are .
•  and choose to Be who you really are.  (ie. — a spiritual being ( living in a physical body in this moment of time.)
• a co-creator with God , with the ability to create your own reality by using your free will , self-awareness and imagination.
• see your potential to be the Christ on Earth and choose to Be that Christ on Earth.
• see the higher vision of your divine plan,a clear purpose for your own life and then follow it out of pure love, for God and your own Higher being.
• purify your motives, intentions and desires so that your vision is of the highest and best.
• see and hold the vision of the Golden Age.
• see many people awaken and discover their spiritual selves and the inner, spiritual path.
• see the Oneness of all life.
• realize that true service is not just about seeing to the outer needs of other people.It is about giving them a higher, better vision for how they can take control of their own lives and improve the quality of their material and spiritual lives.It is about raising up others and giving them the knowledge  and the tools which can empower them to become self-sufficient.Thus, they can, in their turn, share what they have learnt with others.
•  realize your power to choose and order your own actions. With your gift of free will , you are free to Be Who You Really Are.
• realize too, that freedom must also be giving to others so that they can Be Who They Really Are.

The 4th. Ray of God Purity can be mastered by balancing it with the qualities of the other 6 Rays , eg. willpower, wisdom, love ,vision, service and freedom.

This can be done by determining by the use of your free will to purify all aspects of your being and life :–

• Purify your Four Lower Bodies so that they can become the best possible instruments for the expression of your spiritual individuality and the fulfilling of your divine plan here on Earth.
• Purify your Heart of all imbalances and imperfections, of all that would block the free-flowing of God’s unconditional love through you to other parts of life. ie. selfishness ; self-centredness ; impure desires.
• Purify your Motives and Intentions so that your actions and behaviour are in alignment with the laws of God. ( eg. Law of Free Will; Law of Love; Law of Cause and Effect or Law of karma.) You will instinctively do right actions when you follow the principles of unity, love, life, respect, honesty, justice and kindness.
• Purify your Chakras by mastering the energy of each of the 7 chakras and Rays.
• Let your motive for giving service be pure.Let love be your motivation–love for God and for all other people , who are extensions of God. Let your motivation be to raise up all life and not just your lower, separate self.
• You are free to choose to be pure, to purify your own life.You can only change your own thoughts, feelings, intentions and actions. You need to let other people be free also—free to make their own choices.

• We need to learn how to integrate these lessons in our lives.
• God is not an unchanging being, but a God of self-transcendence, a Being who is constantly becoming More . He has created such diversity in the human race because He desires to become More through the self-conscious beings he has created. From the human perspective, it would appear that creating such diversity would only lead to conflict. But this is only because most people do not see the Oneness of all life, but are blinded by the illusion that they are separated from God and from all other people.
• From a spiritual perspective, each person has a unique spiritual flame, a unique facet of God, a unique individuality in God because God wants to express himself through each individual. So instead of focusing on the differences, we can look at the uniqueness of each person and express gratitude for that.
• People can learn to live and work together, by celebrating their differences and by remembering that they all came from the same source–God.  We are all ONE.
• By holding the vision of wholeness for ourselves and others and by seeing the good in others, we can help everyone to express their true spiritual selves.
• In our daily lives, we can avoid being drawn into any extreme but find a middle way of being balanced in all we say and do.
• We can learn to BE love in action, by first understanding what love is and the difference between human love and divine love. Human love is conditional, possessive and controlling. Divine Love is unconditional and respects each person’s free will. We can be aware that love is not always the soft, gentle, anything goes type of emotion. Sometimes what is required is “tough love “–love that will not allow someone to hurt himself / herself or hurt others.
• God has given all human being, the gift of free-will . We are meant to use this free will to express our true selves  and to become all that we are meant to be.
• With free will you make your own choices in life. Every moment of every day, you are making choices.  Thus, you are responsible for what you create each day, through your thoughts, feelings, words and actions. You are accountable for the use and misuse of the energy you receive daily. Thus, if you do not like what you have been creating in your life so far, you can change it, by changing your thoughts, feelings, words and actionsverything is energy.  Therefore even that which appears to be material is made from energy which is vibrating at a lower frequency than that of the spiritual realm.
• In order to make any constructive change in your life you need to have willpower to start the process and determination to keep going .You also need to understand that any change you wish to make, depends on your inner circumstances, ie. your current beliefs , values and attitudes about life, yourself, God and the world in which you live.

If the 1st. Ray is your Major Ray, your life lesson will be :-

To manifest any change in your life, you need to :–

• see the need to change.
• understand that because of free will, you are the only one who can change your own life.
• use your willpower, your determination, to start the process of change.
• see what needs to be changed and the means you can use to achieve this.
• realize that before you can change the outer,you must first change the inner. This means beginning with your thoughts and beliefs and clearing them of all illusions.
