4th. Ray Quality–Nurturance.

True nurturance , happiness , or fulfillment means wholeness, or completeness, in your soul.
You can only receive true nurturance from within yourself, from your Spiritual Self, your I AM Presence, as it shines through your soul and outer mind.
So , if you want to be feel nurtured , you need to attain a connection to your Spiritual Self and maintain that contact daily.
You need to realise and accept that you , your lower, mortal self, can do nothing.
It is the I AM Presence within you , who does the work.
