Flow of Energy .

There is a natural flow of energy through your being, through your four lower bodies.

First, energy streams from your Spiritual Self, your I Am Presence through your Identity Body,

where it is coloured by the view you have of the world.

Next, the energy flows into your Mental body where it is coloured by your thoughts–

–the thoughts you have about the world and how the world works.

The energy then flows into your Emotional body where it is directed by the intensity of your emotions .

Finally, the energy is used for physical action which you carry out through the use of your brain,

 nervous system and your physical body.
