Right Mindfulness:–

  • is one of the points of the Eightfold Path of the Buddha .
  • is having an active, alert and watchful mind that attends to details and masters them.

Being mindful is to be aware of something and to take something into account.

You can know that you are being mindful when  :—

  • freedom is your motive and your goal.
  • your free will is united to God’s Will.
  • when you give to others their freedom under God’s law.

Depriving others of their freedom , their freedom to Be, to create and to do what they want is going against the Law of Free Will.

When you seek to give others their freedom, you must give up all desire to control or manipulate them.

God has given each of us the gift of free will and no one on Earth or in Heaven is allowed to violate that free will.
