 Purity is :–

• the state of being pure, free from discordant qualities.
• the state of being unsullied by sin or moral wrong.
• lacking a knowledge of evil.

You need to embrace purity in all the areas of your being in order to make spiritual progress, ie:-

• in your body, mind and soul;
• in your 4 lower “bodies”/ or minds;
• in your chakras;
• in your heart;
• in your motives and intentions.

To attain purity, you have your Christ Self who is your personal teacher whom you can call upon.

You can also use spiritual techniques ,such as affirmations,  decrees and rosaries.

If you do not purify your being you will be so laden with impurity you will not be able to raise yourself up and make progress in your spiritual life.
